Anurag Bhat

Innovation Fellow

Anurag Bhat is an Innovation Fellow at enFocus and an interdisciplinary policy analyst and researcher with expertise in economics, public affairs, and sustainability.

Previously, he served as a Research Assistant at Indiana University, focused on environmental law and community engagement in renewable energy development, and also a McKinney Climate Fellow with the City of Bloomington, where he led the HeatWatch initiative in partnership with NOAA and CAPA Strategies.

His experience spans government, nonprofit, and academic institutions in India and the U.S., contributing to projects on climate resilience, socio-economic inequality, and public administration. Anurag holds an MPA in Policy Analysis and Sustainability from Indiana University’s O’Neill School, an M.S. in Economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Management Studies in Finance from the University of Delhi.
