Fred Teague

Youth Development Coordinator

Over the past decade, Fred Teague has been devoted to community impact and youth development.  He has served in various roles supporting education and leadership training, culminating in his current position as Youth Development Coordinator at enFocus. He considers working for enFocus an honor and a privilege. Fred worked with enFocus on several projects while working for Notre Dame and the Drucker Institute. Fred believes enFocus does amazing work and is a natural fit for his passion and talent.

In his role at enFocus, Fred is collaborating with The University of Notre Dame, enFocus and the Boys and Girls Club to develop a program that integrates the teachings of “Seven Hustle Laws”, inspired by the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, soft skills training, Neuroscience, and design thinking principles to prepare young people for academic, professional, and personal success.

Fred’s approach emphasizes interactive, student-centered learning, combining mentorship with hands-on activities in areas such as conflict resolution, teamwork, innovation, and digital skills like Figma. His programs are designed to help students not only learn critical skills but also apply them to real-world challenges in meaningful ways.

Driven by his belief that every student has the ability to grow into a confident leader, Fred has helped countless young people build resilience, strengthen their communication, and expand their capacity for collaboration. His mission is clear: to help students turn potential into purpose through leadership, innovation, and collaboration.

Fred has a degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech, where he graduated Cum Laude. He also holds certifications from The University of Notre Dame (Executive Management) and a certification from LSU in Project Management (PMI). He worked for the Drucker Institute for four years, where he helped to design, launch, implement, and manage a digital learning platform called Bendable. He then helped to sell and install Bendable throughout the state of Maine.

Before coming to enFocus, Fred worked for the University of Notre Dame for three years as an Intern Program Manager, where he managed over 100 students working on over 30 projects regionally. Fred also created a curriculum for Seven Habits and Design Thinking using Figma and taught it to students at the Portage School of Leaders.
