Jill Harms
Human Resources Manager
Jill Harms grew up in mid-Michigan and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication from Michigan State University. During her early career in Michigan, she worked with the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce and the YMCA, gaining experience in community engagement and organizational support.
After relocating to Iowa, Jill taught at Iowa State University while starting her family. Although she moved to South Bend in 2011, she has continued to teach at Iowa State University since 2006, in addition to teaching with the University of Notre Dame ESTEEM Program. Her academic focus includes organizational and professional communication, with a strong commitment to helping students build practical, effective communication skills.
In South Bend, Jill led missions initiatives at Christ the King Lutheran Church for nine years, coordinating community-focused programs designed to support individuals and families in need. She is excited to bring her passion for community, mentorship and development to enFocus.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with her family, as well as taking long walks while listening to a good book, or catching up with friends.
