Margaret “Maghi” Nanyombi is a dynamic social entrepreneur and innovation leader with experience spanning information technology, project management and community-focused entrepreneurship. She holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Science, & Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame. Driven by her commitment to human-centered design and inclusive development, Maghi has led initiatives from founding HerHealth Uganda, advancing sexual and reproductive health solutions, Co-Founding Retech Displays that turns old tech into wall art, to providing strategic business support and mentorship across Africa, Europe and Latin America.

Throughout her professional journey, Maghi has excelled at fostering innovation and delivering impactful results across sectors. As a research consultant, practitioner and trainer, she has designed and implemented programs that leverage technology and research to catalyze community-driven change. Her roles span across organizations like The Innovation Village, Proportion Global and multiple international accelerators, where she’s led and worked cross-functional teams, coordinated large-scale entrepreneurial upskilling efforts, and secured funding for health-tech innovation.

Maghi is excited to combine her passion for research, design, and co-creative problem-solving to help drive innovation as an Innovation Fellow. In her role at enFocus, she looks forward to leading projects that enhance civic engagement, learning from professional mentors and making a meaningful impact through collaborative innovation to contribute to regional impact and community engagement.
