Megan Dale

Originally from East Tennessee, Megan earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and a B.A. in History and English Literature from the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga. She has worked for the last seven years in city and county government with a focus in operations, strategic planning, and project management. While with the Town of Chapel Hill, NC Public Works Department, Megan enjoyed revamping the Town’s capital program and project management practices, coordinating emergency response operations, and riding in the bucket truck.
Recently relocating from North Carolina’s Research Triangle, Megan is excited to live and work in the South Bend-Elkhart region and support organizations working on localized solutions to complex problems. She looks forward to working across the public sector more broadly and supporting talented recent graduates in their professional development and success in the region.
Megan is passionate about community resilience, child advocacy, and reading. Outside of work, she can be found enjoying her front porch in South Bend’s Near Northwest Neighborhood with her partner and two cats.
