Michelle Gantt

Accounting & Finance Manager

Michelle was raised in Granger, Indiana, and received her B.A. in History from Lynchburg College (now University of Lynchburg), followed by her B.S. in Business-Accounting from Indiana University South Bend. 

Throughout her career, Michelle has moved intentionally into the nonprofit space to support her desire to be involved in community stewardship. She has experience and knowledge in assessing internal controls, developing processes, preparing for financial and single audits, budget planning, and forecasting. Knowing that strong programming needs strong operational support, Michelle found her passion within that space. She is excited to provide the internal team with the structure and support enFocus needs to continue attracting talent to this region. 

If you catch her outside the office, you’ll most likely find her reading, befriending feral cats, or trying out some favorite local shops.
