Nicole Fry

Innovation Fellow

Nicole Fry grew up in a small rural town called Bettsville, located in the Northwest Ohio region. She graduated from Hanover College in 2023 with a B.A. in Communication and Sociology with a passion for social justice and creating accessible and equitable spaces.

Nicole has experience working in the civic sector through her previous internships with a start-up nonprofit organization called the Madison Community Grocery Project and interning with enFocus in the summer of 2022. After having the honor of getting to know the South Bend-Elkhart and South Western Michigan region, Nicole is excited to call South Bend home and to develop her skills in economic and regional development.

In her free time Nicole enjoys going to the local library and reading, as well as working on a multitude of artistic hobbies like crocheting and painting.
